Trust Platform — Paving a Path to Mass Adoption of Blockchain

Over the last year, the Trust team built an application with more than 100,000 downloads, tens of thousands of monthly active users, and a great foundation for future development. We created an application that brought us closer to accomplishing one of our main goals — to facilitate the mass adoption of blockchain technology — by providing early adopters with a secure, user-friendly token-management and dApp-browsing solution. Currently, two components of Trust are available on the market to simplify interaction and increase accessibility of the blockchain:

• A wallet that allows users to securely store, send, and receive Ethereum-based digital assets, including ETH, ETC, POA, and CLO, and any ERC20, ERC223 or ERC721 tokens
• A built-in fully functional dApp browser that can be used to communicate with DApps and trade crypto-collectibles directly from a smartphone or tablet

However, as we were digging deeper and becoming more involved with blockchain technology, it became abundantly clear that one solution is not going to be enough to accomplish our mission. Working with hundreds of true trailblazers such as Kyber, OpenSea, POA, CanYa and others, we realized that in order for the technology to move forward, everyone needs to have access to a comprehensive set of tools capable of unifying and standardizing development as well as connecting and expanding its individual capabilities. We needed to create a suite of applications that can help bring people living in a pre-blockchain world to the reality of today.

Trust Platform is a set of core technologies and solutions that work together as an ecosystem with enhanced capabilities able to provide developers with advanced tools, enable the integration of blockchain and non-blockchain projects, and reveal the true power of blockchain to the general public. Components of Trust Platform are autonomous but, when working together, are able to augment each other to solve complicated technological challenges, including mass adoption. Keeping with the spirit of blockchain, Trust Platform is designed to be open and available to anyone who wants to bring blockchain into their project. As time goes on, we hope that a set of tools we create can be exciting enough to inspire new and unanticipated uses of it from the community.

The main goals of the Trust Platform are:

• Build an accessible decentralized ecosystem of peer-reviewed marketplaces for DApps and crypto-collectibles,
• Incentivize DApp developers to help increase the mass adoption of Web 3.0 and Blockchain technologies,
• Introduce reputation scores to users, providers and developers, and
• Promote user verification for cross-platform account management.

Trust Platform will consist of several key solutions/applications:

Trust Wallet — A tool that allows you to send, receive and store digital assets. As a part of the Platform, it will have expanded capabilities such as cross blockchain transactions.

Trust DApp Browser — A mechanism within the application that enables direct blockchain interactions. Using DApp Browser, any Trust Wallet user can interact with decentralized applications (DApps) directly from the app, safely and securely.

Trust ID — A solution that will allow identity registration and verification for users and DApps within Trust Platform.

Decentralized DApp Marketplace — A decentrally-curated list of DApps, built on smart contracts that is maintained by users themselves to control the quality of content.

Trust SDK — A kit that allows developers to create applications on top of Trust Platform. It exposes Trust Platform to new markets and non-blockchain businesses. As an example, any developer will be able to integrate payments or deposits in cryptocurrency directly into their mobile applications with Trust.

Trust API — An open-source software intermediary to communicate with the Trust Wallet and other applications within Trust Platform to utilize their internal functions.
